Omnitec filters all incoming email for virus, SPAM, and malicious content. We also use a number of blacklists to prevent email receipt from known problemematic servers. In some cases, a server can be blacklisted wrongly, and an email rejected. If this is happening to you, please report it and we will whitelist the server involved to prevent future problems. |

Now that the job is done, there is a very important issue that often is neglected - SUPPORT! One of our primary missions is to support our clients, and we also attempt to provide other interesting and useful information pertinent to current technology issues (and, hopefully, answers).
We check for Email messages constantly, even if our primary technical personnel are on-site! This is the best medium for questions that might require additional information, as well as the easiest way for us to provide you with more resources, data, and answers.
